Finishing something can mean many things. Even though it is a part of what we do as luthiers it isn’t a big part of our day-to-day repair and setup work. For that reason, and because it is an art form that is a fickle beast that can be beautiful if done correctly and can be a frustrating and discouraging foe. For those reasons I have separated it from the rest of the repair links and made it a home here.
